Sashi P. Reddi born on 27 May 1965 in Madras (Chennai) is an Indian entrepreneur, technologist and angel investor. He was the founder and CEO of AppLabs,〔(【引用サイトリンク】date=September 15, 2011 )〕 a software testing company based in Philadelphia, US which was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) in September 2011,. At the time of the acquisition, AppLabs had over 2,500 people in India, US, and UK and served many leading companies in financial services, travel, retail, and technology. Post acquisition, Reddi took over the leadership of the Independent Testing Services division within CSC and in September 2012 was elevated to lead CSC's big data and analytics business. In 2007 Reddi also founded SRI Capital, a seed stage venture capital fund focused on start-ups in India, the US, and the UK. SRI Capital focuses on venture investments in technology, education and the green technology sectors. ==Early life and education== Reddi completed a BTech (Computer Sciences) from IIT Delhi and went to New York University for an MS in Computer Science.〔 He then attended the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania from where he acquired a PhD in Operations and Information Management.〔 Today, Reddi serves on the advisory board of the Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs and the advisory board of IIT Hyderabad. Reddi's research articles have been published in leading journals and he is a regular speaker at industry events.
